Anyone have any idea who those 5 million shares were sold to. there's no way it just was on the market 1 day. somebody definitely was prepared to buy them all . was it the company buying him out? He might have 14,000,000 shares left  but does he think they will have any value. Did the threat of 2-7 share consolidation scare him away? Just seems to be a lot of uncertainty surrounding this company excpecially with share deterioration right after he sold.  Thoughts?

The 5 million shares were purchased from Carl by Cormark Securities who have a share price target of 1 buck on PNG.  Carl retired from the Company so maybe he needed some cash to get his holiday started who knows but he still owns a substantial amount of shares.   The rest of the brass were buying shares in the .60's not too long ago so they obviously believe.   The
