Seems to be the consensus I'm hearing. Specially with the PP and Shares for debt on 4 month hold. This traded almost 50 million of the 170 free trading pape since Nov 5th. If retail piles in , and promotion gets turned up....The reality is there...We could se a run to. $0.15-$0.20.
