They probably needed the conditional approval to get the money for the PP, who would subscribe

not knowing how long the halt would be....right?

Looks like they got their Sh&*^ Together.....

Should be a nice ride to $0.10

And they have 30 days to complete the earn-in agreement.. I guess it could be dynamite lighting up by the end of february.
