Terry is now Advisor to BNXT, BioNext

Might want to check out BNXT, Bionext. Hopefully could be something big coming. Similar to CRDL and maybe could
move up like PNPN.

Terry is starting to rub me the wrong way.  A "capital markets advisor" is another word for a penny stock promoter.  Now he's going to start pumping biotech companies?  Not a great look from the CEO of a mining company.....

Yeah, not sure why he would get into something like that -- maybe it's a friend or a relative or ??

I am also suprised that he is promoting BNXT which currently has a 4 to 5 cent Shareprice. They will require a lot of money to carry out the clinical trials started by IMV,much more than the bit they have raised recently. Not sure why Terry is involved.I was invested in IMV several years ago because of the compelling evidence behind their DPX technology.Perhaps Terry is trying to attract some big ...more

I would not worry about that. I know for a fact that Terry Lynch  is devoting full time and more to Power Nickel, Whatever advising he is doing is minor and plays in to his interest in the capital markets for microcap companies, mostly resource preproduction resource companies but also more broadly. That expertise works for Power Nickel shareholders. In June he raised $20 million dollars at ...more

With all due respect margin321, terry didn't reinvent financing or pull off some financinh coup.  It's just a standard private placement for flow through shares in a jurisdiction that gives a lot of advantages to exploration companies.  The same process is done all the time for juniors financing for projects in Quebec.   I am not negative Terry, I'm just suggesting ...more

Agree that Terry did not invent  the tax flow through mechanism that has helped a lot of small resource companies in Canada. But I  have a number of junior Canadian miners that did not raise $20 million dollars of exploration funds at $1.25 when their shares were in the 65 cent range. And others companies whose shares were pushed down to get the deal to go through. Terry had to have ...more

It's great they were able to raise 20m in this tough junior market.  That's a big deal. Terry helped get that done and the drill holes did a lot of talking.  I'm not here to moan about Terry being a bad CEO or PNPN being a bad junior.  I'm an investor.  I'm just saying, I've been investing in mining for a long time and Terry signing up to promote an ...more

I get your point. I don't see it as a plus. But I don't think it is major because he is laser focused on Power Nickel and the 30,000 meter drilling program.  He has a high powered team that is trying hard to better understand and prove up what they have found, and quickly. The company is cashed up, ha sno need for more capital,  and  has many potential catalysts in the near ...more
