Pop to .83 same day as pp announced at .50,supposed to merge with fen 1 for 1 but forrent at half the price and only got that far today.no insider buying announced and ambiguity about who the vendor really was in that bigstone deal.

nothiing wrong here! Forrent shareprice is not a condition of the merger. POG is and must be at least. 4 Volotility for fen is imo, a function of the uncertainty about pog'S ability to raise 24million US to close. 2million pp anounced yesterday is a step in the right direction. POG annual meeting friday so i look for soething to chew on following In the meantime the spread favors fen. Good ...more

mike49, it would be if POG acquired ready-to-file-for-bankruptcy FEN. At least, they didn't proceed with this fishy deal.
