There is an incredible ammount of selling.  WHile there was great news, people used this as an oppurtunity to sell. It's unfortunate. Alot of people would have liked to hold but this isn't the bullish signal alot of people were expecting with a bullish news release.

I generally agree though this wasn't really new *news* since we all knew about Pounce; perhaps those who knew that a NR was coming expected some other major announcement - e.g. buyout by Google?  :)
