Morningstar Quantitative Reseach Report-March 20/15

I use CIBC Investors Edge, and I noticed this Morningstar 1 page report re: SLC. The Report has near the top left hand corner a "Quantitative Fair Value Estimate" per share of $1.03. There is no details of how this is calculated, however it is somewhat reassuring that an independent source thinks that SLC is worth more than 60 cents(which I believe is the per share price that funds were raised at last summer when the company went public).
