National Instrument 44-101(NI 44-101) filed on Sedar

Looking at Sedar filings for Slyce Inc., I see that on March 11,2015 was filed a NI44-101 , which I guess is "Notice of Intention to be Qualified to file a Short Term Prospectus Under National Instrument 44-101".

What does this mean?

Means they'll go to market for more cash soon.

... Not necessarily. "This notice does not evidence the Issuer’s intent to file a short form prospectus, to enter into any particular financing or transaction or to become a reporting issuer in any jurisdiction." It is a contingency. They have $9 million in cash but as witnessed by the SnipSnap purchase there are lots of small companies to be acquired.

yes - they file and then can go to market very quickly. You're correct.
