Silence from Neiman Marcus a serious problem
NM was the flagship client. Need NM statement asap that SLC is now covering full NM inventory AND that search traffic effect has been statistically meaningful and valuable. NM exec has said nothing official since first announcement and commencement of 'trial'. Only thing that really counts is new major retailer clients. All the rest is static and lateral and distracting.

freddie1, you moronic basher. The more clients SLC signs the less important any one client is to SLC's performance. Diversification is good you idiot.
