Just think, if this proposal was a hoax, it wouldn't take this long for it to be seen as that by the IIROC. The fact that trading has not been lifted must indicate the a proposal does exists, and an thorough investigation must be conducted before any trading resumes.

IIROC most likely investigating the fake bid to avoid such things in future............not bashing it as I have a position and hope that bid is true.

This reeks of a similar "unsolicated takeover bid" that Nautiulus Minerals received a few years ago. Only difference is the person behind that, Michael Bailey, used his real name, offered a HUUGE premium to the market price, and ultimately, after causing the stock to spike up massively, completely renegged on the deal....in that case he actually tendered his own list of dissident ...more

i dont know about this deal, but KRN had a similiar thing-- and it was all BS  -- would you not first buy 10% and then offer maybe a 200 % premium and then maybe up it a bit..  this company is still losing a ton of money..   I think they issue this press release because they are loaded up on the stock and then they dump on this press release to get out...   I dont ...more

Lots on inconsistencies..... If it was a hoax why post a NR 8 minutes before closing. Give yourself at least 2 hours for the market to drive the stock price up to $0.75 and then unload..... Posting a NR at Marketwired can easily be traced to the origin unless the site was hacked an a fake NR inserted.

I've seen this happen before by someone in Europe who wanted to drive the stock he invested up. His first attempt went well, the second one is what got him caught lol It's sad to see something like this can slip into the media stream.....Looks a little sketch to be honest, I highly doubt the company would agree to a buyout anyways. After all the effort put in to get major retailers on ...more
