This is a stock that almost always goes down on good news, insiders only buy at high prices and gets take over offers from companies that don't exist. Look at what the company is doing and DO NOT trust bloggers on this site. My advice would be to take a possition here and if the stock doesn't drop 50% 5 minutes later, chances are it's going up. The chart's irrelevant.
