Why this stock keep going down; meanwhile Slyce has contracted with 3 or 4 top 500 in the last 2 years ?

They have around 12 signed contracts now. The reason for the drop in share price is due to lack of revenue and the rate at which they are burning cash. You just need to be patient. Also maybe try reading up on the company, that helps too. *clients include* -Home Depot -Zappos -Best Buy -Urban Outfitters -Neiman Marcus -Toy's R Us -Tilly's -JcPenney -Shoes.com -Nordstrom -Shoe

It's because mgmt arranged a pp that was scheduled to close on Dec.15/2015, then mgmt came out and said it should close the week of Dec. 21/2015. It never happened. The next update could be the last one,Filing for creditor protection.

Yeah, it would be nice too see something. Almost a month with no word, except that reply I got from Ray Roman. I'm not to sure if anyone else has messaged him, but he always answers me with minimal amount of words. I get the impression he is either overloaded with emails and work, or he just doesn't care to give a proper response back to his shareholders. The response I got back was friday

til after the po has ended, good god can you imagine and auctioneer that keeps pretending to strike the gavel, but always looks again and again to someone new or old in the crowd and never completes the offering? that's what this is feeling like. is it up for bid? is it a ruse? is there anything real there at all? is there an expiry to all this? any deadline to declare this offering? anything?

In my understanding the PP is open ended. There was a suggested closing date but it was not obligatory. Maybe someone can correct me on this point.

Well they've done an excellent job of driving the price down in any case, and making the pp look less attractive. Kudos to management.

Not sure if this was mentioned already, but current market conditions will also play a huge factor. Small companies like this rely heavily on speculative investors and many investors' portfolios are taking a huge beating. Although investors like to allocate a certain percent of their portfolio to these small companies, if they are getting creamed with their safer and more established companies
