Have not looked at this since the "James Beals" offer nonsense. Which was a telltale sign of things to come apparently as the stock has cratered since then,. Bottom line for me is I know hundreds of people with phones, I know people that are addicted to their phones and no one I know has ever used visual search to buy an item. Maybe I know the wrong people but I believe while the ...more

that phony takeover was most likely orchestrated by someone that knew this was around the corner, pumped the company and sold his large position. I iiroc should investigate and the RC's called in.

Not any fault of the company of course but there were many layers of issues here that were almost too comical to believe. The thing that stuck out to me was the official company statement as if this was some kind of legit offer from a legit group (at least that was my read of it). In case you missed my prior post on this subject... there are not many times you can literally laugh out loud at ...more

Just so you are clear my post was not about SLYCE  just about the offer/or fake offer made for SLYCE. That info was all found by searching for James Beals and the Quest Ventures thing in relation to the Red Peach site where Beals and Quest were also mentioned. I was just pointing out how convoluted that offer was. It in no way , shape or form reflects anything regarding SLYCE other than that ...more

Maybe a potential buyout from Groupon???

It won't be by James Beals that's forsure. I wonder if a police investigation would find out who this slimeball is?
Comment by Saintvitus on Jan 16, 2016 3:46pm
I didn't like how they made the company/offer appear legitimate either. I'm also surprised they didn't reverse the trades and start an investigation. That's Canada for you though..

The second 'they' being IIROC.

There is a lot of value in this company! It's very early for this type of application and considering Slyce has raised over 35million goes to show people see value. I would recommend holding the stock because eventually it will be a billion dollar business
Comment by Leafs4Life on Jan 16, 2016 6:09pm
They raised 35 million and promptly spent all of it.  That's why they are out looking for more money now.
