What do you mean they have a BUYER
Comment by Greyish on Jan 20, 2016 3:14pm
A buyer of the offering
Comment by Leafs4Life on Jan 20, 2016 4:14pm
What makes you think they have a buyer of the offering?  If they had a buyer, why would they "expect" the deal to close in a month?  If they had a buyer they woudn't need a bridge loan. I am using the only numbers that are available to us. Until they release their year end (which they are dragging their feet on) we have no choice but to go off of the old numbers. We have seen how beneficial it is to speculate on the lies ...more

Prospectus says the min raise of $9 mil will last 12 months. That's $750,000 per month

Must mean they cut down costs or are earning more revenue because it's better than what they were spending before. Remember they aren't only focused on one revenue stream. If i was to guess they will be seeking to add visual search in many different industries in the near future to broaden there revenue stream.

The fact is they ...more
