Could repricing be happening behind the scenes?
It just crossed my mind that they may be repricing the offer and getting it filled by investors on a need to know basis. None of this would be on paper of course.
That way they could bring the PP into line with the market action, and get handshake deals to fill it. Once it was agreed to in principle, they could announce it and fill it rapidly.
I suspect the market would (rightly) view any repricing as weakness in the stock. And then it would punish Slyce even further (down into the mid single digits) and then we would be stuck again (this time with the PP at 15 or 12 and the share price at 7 or 8.
I'm flummoxed by this whole deal. New all time lows every week. And, apparently, no progress on getting the critical financing.

Or it could be we are in a global bear market and are listed on an exchange that has been in a bear market since 2011! As people get margin calls on their bigger names, then sell the lower names to cover ... that is more likely what is happening to SLC right now along with retail just throwing in the towel.
