Financing
Got this from Cam:
"In my view we will close a significant financing in the next two week ($7-$9M) I think the stock price may move positively once this financing is closed and announced. The primary financiers are based out of the U.S., the due diligence that has been preformed has been exhaustive and at the same time satisfying as it has provided validation of what we have been building for the last few years."
This and cost cutting might get us to break even....

Likely story, sounds like what has been said about the Toronto Maple Leafs....wait until next year.. Promises, Promises. I said it before, this is a sChell game and the investors are being hosed.

They won't announce new clients until after the financing deal.

Come on Leafs, some of your post are really good, others are garbage. They're constrained to an extent, but to suggest they aren't signing any new clients is hard to believe. They have a data centre in New Waterford, or have they layed them off?

It's interesting that in May you were 'following' slice a bit and now you used to work for them? There are a number of employee reviews on glassdoor that support your claim that the new management in New Waterford is not cutting it, but try to be consistent with your posts.

Spiegel went out of business, and Slyce will soon follow. You say mangement was a mess, it was then and obviously is worse now. Don't ask questions or you get fired. Sounds like a sChell game to me. In a couple of weeks when the financing fails, expect to kiss your money/shares goodbye, or should I say bad-buy. SAD SAD SAD

Give it a rest. Do you not understand how government rebates work? You don't get something for nothing. I don't live near Toronto, so can't stop by. Yes, Grigsby sold shares most recently in July, still has nearly 500k though.
