I would like an update on the financing

The 1.7 million dollar lead investor should be named. If he is an insider that might mean he is offering a lifeline to protect a much larger previous investment. If management is having trouble finding buyers for the remaining 5.3 million in the offer we might not be out of the woods yet.

We really need some clarity. I'd also like to know when they will release their year end numbers as well as the numbers for Q1.

This company is really beginning to piss me off.

I think you are right on this.  Would make sense.  Despite dropping share price, will be interesting to track fundamentals such as revenue growth and cost cutting measures.  Perhaps some growing pains that a lot of businesses have to go through, right the ship before going on to be a success.   I still think if (and it is an IF) they get this financing done they can remove some
