The cowards would not give out any Q1 no.s even though they are historical and not forecasts at this point. Other small cap co.s pre-announce (e.g. LAB). Don't these fools know that refusing to give an indication of numbers is going to be perceived as no news is bad news?

Maybe it is bad news.  I didn't have a chance to listen to the call. Can you report any highlights lscfa?

Highlights...(to be confirmed when replay is available) reduced employees from 91 to 78 Now at 12 major clients Burn rate was 600,000 per month at fiscal year end but has declined since insiders will participate in financing to close within 2 weeks Some insight into the process: on-boarding of technology has become quite automated (as little as 2 weeks) but retail clients tinker with the user ...more

My ongoing concern is that the financing closing keeps getting pushed out farther and farther.  Although the financials not all bad and have demonstrated some growth.  I feel like just do a nickel financing already and get this over with!

Also, Slyce Link has wide applicability since it can be integrated into e-commerce websites, not just retaler apps...... Insiders will take more than $200,000 of PP......
