Good luck man, if they close the financing you could be calling a bottom here. I just don't know how the stock moves up much from here with 70 million new shares in the float. Best of luck

IMHO stock will move up when financing is closed. The financing is the major thing overhanging this market. Despite dilution, with that risk removed and at least a year's worth of funding the business can continue without this major distraction. Here's my thoughts about buying...I've aleady loaded up, been buying since price was at 20 cents. Didn't expect the share price to drop so low, but I believe it's hit bottom and it's up from here. As the company grows, the share price will follow.
