So what does this mean for Curent Shareholders?
Can someone explain what this means for current shareholders. It was our money that started them, they are not trading publicly now so what is next? We should get paid out or have the opportunity to hang around and wait the sucess. Any insight would be appreciated.

Pounce will trade on the NEX, have $2.5 million in cash and no debt, a 7.5% ownership of the private Slyce co. and over $50 million in tax loss carryforwards......

The way I see it, public money has funded a (now) private company, which will only have to share 7.5% of its "potential profits". Sweet deal for Anzu and silent partner B.I.G., with the retail shareholders getting the shaft. Erica and Cam are laughing all the way to the bank.
