Hard to believe but hopefully it is true: !.) Partnership with Tommy and 3/4 of million. 2.) Cash m the local NS political platform? 3.) 500k Loan 4.) Mann also added they have 25 major U.S. retailers as well as retailers in Canada. He said a month ago they landed Tommy Hilfiger as a client; the company was looking for an app that could identify clothes on a runway model during a live fashion show. Pounce has nothing to do with Slyce anymore. They got bought out by a private US company that now owns the original Slyce technology. They still operate but won't be going public. Slyce share holders received a 20:1 dilution of shares. So I think the enormous jumps in sp is due to share holders averaging down. As a share holder myself I have taken a massive loss on this so anything profitable ...more

Sorry I guess I did not understand. I originally bought slyce share. Slyce bought pounce and then I recieved a 20:1 bag like you did. I guess I missed the information. I thought slyce was done and the pounce asset was liquidated to the private US company along with the slyce tech. You are saying we have pounce shares (20 slyce share for 1 pounce share) and Slyce is free and clear to carry on ...more

If I remember correctly there is still a very real connection to Slyce. Slyce has nothing more to do with Pounce. Slyce is now owned by a private company that now owns Slyce tech. We the shareholders did get a vey rough deal but even with 20:1 dilution and with the Pounce SP today we have basically have 0.02 pre sale value equalling to 0.59 Pounce price today.
