The wisest move for Portofino is to KEEP both Lithium projects on, Hombre.
The present deal is only a deal for, Galen.
Question is...
If Our 2 Hombre locations recieved proper attention, and advancing...
What would be the true WORTH of, each Hombre location...?
Also ask...Upon Galen reporting thier Maiden lithium resource for west Hombre...
What would Portofino's claims be worth when, Galen reports thier new estimate resource ?
Better yet...
Why is Portofino wanting to unload our SALARS = RIGHT BEFORE GALEN is announcing a
West Hombre resorce...?
One Level Deeper ? What if Portofino's claims blockade Galens claims to inhibit Galen from using a conective
from point A, B, C, of thier drill points and dissallows Galen to connect each drop location
to AMASS an entire west Hombre resource estimate = which might isolate Galens resource
to specific locales...thus reducing the size...
Which could mean... Portofino's claims = BECOME = all the more valuable.
And all the more reason to JV.
Wink.
Check out Galens west Hombre drill results /
those are exceptional ppm / grades. And...the resource thickness is amazing....makes no sense for Portofino to unload.
Rather = Makes perfect sense to keep...
A JV would most likely bolster Portofino's share price
Thus...all the less shares would be needed to raise Captial to pay off the $400/k
Heck...Portofino could look after the extraction end = while Galen the drilling.
GALENS resource is = soon expected ....
Now does it make any - sense for Portofino to drop the 2 Hombre locations ?
Of course not...sniff, sniff....
GALEN'S DRILL INTEL - WEST HOMBRE In December 2019, the Company commenced another drilling campaign on its Western Basin tenements (Rana de Sal and Pata Pila) in the Hombre Muerto salar. The Rana de Sal and Pata Pila licences both cover large alluvial fans lying adjacent to Livent Corporation’s (NYSE: LVHM) tenure, covering the western margin of the Hombre Muerto salar.
• At Rana de Sal, a 72-hour air lift test sample returned 1,010 mg/l Li over a >330m interval confirming outstanding grade average for drillhole RS-01-19. The results are the highest lithium grade reported by Galan on any drill hole at Hombre Muerto
• At Pata Pila, a 72 hour air lift test sample returned 946 mg/l Li over a >670m interval confirming exceptional grade average for drillhole PP-01-19. The Mg/Li averages of 1.49 are the lowest levels of impurity to date reported by Galan on a drill hole at Hombre Muerto.
The data from Rana de Sal and Pata Pila will be used for the maiden resource estimate of the Western Tenements, which is expected during Q1 CY2020.
