Swing and a Miss at Perk-Rocky?

I don’t claim technical l expertise - but the press telease on Perk-Rocky doesn’t appear good.  Does anyone else have thoughts on the results?

that looked like a swing and a miss. I thought the sell off a few weeks ago was odd, perhaps some were in the know. Drilling in a few months in NFLD.
