I wonder if the Exchange has some concerns as to the fact that the offerer continues to want their identity to remain undisclosed.  For myself, as an investor for a number of years, this insistance that the offerer's identity remain undisclosed is highly irregular and that usually investors in the PQE or any other security that has had an offer on their stock from a prospective buyer of a ...more
