Balmore Investmentd Ltd.
BaFin investigates for conducting business requiring a license. Pursuant to Section 37 (4) of the German Banking Act (Kreditwesengesetz - KWG), BaFin clarifies that Balmoral Investments Limited, Leeds, United Kingdom, is not licensed to conduct banking business or provide financial services. The company is not supervised by BaFin. In the name of Balmoral Investments Limited, numerous public offers to purchase shares have recently been published in the German Federal Gazette (Bundesanzeiger). Balmoral Investments Limited is not the author of these offers. The name of the company is misused in order to conceal the identity of the persons actually responsible. Such business may only be conducted with a permit from BaFin. Information on whether a particular company is authorized by BaFin can be found in the company database. There are indications that there are considerable similarities between the activities of the alleged Balmoral Investments Limited and those of Global Trading Swaps Inc. Thus, interested parties are called back by a number which, according to current knowledge, is related to Global Trading Swaps Inc. and fraudulently solicits interested parties to purchase shares. https://www.bafin.de/SharedDocs/Veroeffentlichungen/DE/Verbrauchermitteilung/unerlaubte/2021/meldung_210922_Balmoral.html
