@ bayou: yes, if you read the tender @ www.petroteqoffer.com you will see all possibilities incl. withdrawal of tender (obviously needs to be before closing date of 02/07/22). What I also found interesting is their objective to own ALL shares. So even after the closing date and if they already have 50.1% or more, they still plan to contact and buy ALL OUTSTANDING SHARES at the 0.74 price...so i

So were sitting at 19.5 the buyout is .74 thats more than triple to aquire all shares. And ofcourse we cant trade because of something pqe did...but there trading in the USA...? So you dont give triple value to acquire all shares. Every company Bill Gates bought out was at 1.5 When the price. When this stock goes to 3 to 5 cad than over 10 dollars.....well its going to happen.
