CFIUS stats data in 2021
CFIUS conducted a “review” with respect to the 272 notices of covered transactions that were accepted in 2021.
74 of the 272 notices were withdrawn voluntairely by the applicant.
CFIUS conducted a subsequent “investigation” with respect to 130 of those 272 notices.
O those 130, 3 notices were subject to an extension under Section 721(b)(2)(C)(ii)(I) (which allows for one 15-day extension of the investigation period in extraordinary circumstances).
No notices were rejected by CFIUS in 2021

Correction: It was 72 cases that were withdrawn by the applicant, of which 63 re-applied later on. The cases were withdrawn before the start of the investigation as companies did not want CFIUS to investigate further into their affaires.

This CFIUS is not the only condition to completion of the tender. What about the SEC Condition. Why don't you give us your "analysis" of that condition?
