Official stats in 2021: No applications denied by CFIUS

In 2021 there were No CFIUS applications that were rejected, that is right, it was ZERO.

Some of those applying did withdraw their CFIUS applications but only when they learned that an investigation would be done.    They withdrew and applied later so as to be better prepared.

No referrals were sent to Biden in 2021.

Any reason why PQE would be an exception to this 100% approval rate?

And if it is rejected it means that PQE technology is so valuable that it poses a security risk to the USA and, indirectly it means that the person who holds this technology is holding on to something that is very valuable and worth BILLIONS.

It's clearly a material event.    Where is the Press Release from either Petroteq or Viston? Something is the matter? The filing said an answer BY  August 22nd.
