One Year Less A Day The Company
Brought in Ron Mills something i and probably everyone else felt was a move made for this company to bring hope and confidence yet within that time this company continued to piss around and clearly wasnt serious about getting anything done just keep up their damn charade to have a fake CEO in place to have us think they would do anything. They couldnt even get their financials done according to the new Canadian reporting standards. Boy how bad is that? No surprise these crooks have all disappeared after sucking out as much money as they could state side with clearly 0 intent of doing anything constructive. The worst part is they didnt even do the obvious thing of consolidating their ridiculous outstanding shares which blew up due to internal corruption poor managemrnt and bickering.
Ron was a convenient puppet face that was just put there as i said so these crooks could be given an air of legitimacy while they ransacked as much as they could stateside and then disappear like thieves in the night. How sad and pathetic. I should have fully dumped this companys a44 at a nickel. Garbage all garbage!! Crooks like these need to be kept off the Stock exchanges and have their licensed revoked they should be barred for life in ever having the privilege to ever run any company and shoild be shovelling dung for what they did.
Having said this i have yet to remove this sorry of an excuse of a company from my holdings but still holding out maybe just maybe these crooks will come clean ans try to run an honest venture and turn things around and if not the rotten core a new reliable team that will honor the existing shares but with first order of business consolidate them on a 40 to 1 basis have the shares at .40 and start all over with the existing tech and raise the desired 18 million at .40 vs .05...so 25 million plus another roughly 50 million shares taking the share count to 75 million.
I dont have any clue why these guys did not heavily consolidate. I should have gone with my gut who would be stupid enough to back these guys with finacing at already close to a billion shares that nobody would want to touch?
Oh well i have enough hope to continue to hold this piece of garbage and hopefully that hope pays off but what was expected to be a 3 month financial filing at best is nearly 6 months delayed and we are 1 day short of Ron coming to take the helm and he made 0 big needed moves what the hell good is that and having him? Pathetic hope these crooks are happy. Nevertheless nearly 1 billion shares with a planned 18 million raise at a nickel that told me all i needed to know it did but i ignored my gut.
