What's your point?

My point is, if laws are broken there should be a law enforcement system in place to take remedial action. Justice for the victims in the form of compensation would be appropriate.

Yes there is, it's called class action. Let me know how you make out.

If laws were broken I do not have the mechanisms to prove it. I thought that was the SEC and the Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization (CIRO) formely IIROC's responsibility. Is no one responsible anymore? Why are there people still on payrolls?

Rosen Legal is a US based firm. Do you know a Canadian based firm?
Comment by stockshack on Sep 19, 2024 2:23pm
The company is based in Utah and headquartered in Ca. So the class action is in the US. You wanted to sue, here's your chance.

Sue???? There is a song about a guy named Sue!!! and what exactly are we Sueing for a piece of the debt there is nothing they have nothing it's the 4th quarter and there is 2 seconds left in the game and we are down by 10 touchdowns!!!! those are the state of the affairs!
Comment by stockshack on Sep 19, 2024 3:12pm
I wouldn't sue, you'll lose more money. If you can't accept loses in the stock market you shouldn't be here. Single digit penny stock are filled with bad people in it just to fill their pockets not yours.
