Also read from a certain person in the know, a newsletter writer that Jeff should be close too starting up the drills in a week or 2 from today!

Seems over at our JV with Barrick , that Jeff has no idea what the facts are there yet as Barrick has not given him any updates of how things are progressing. He figures they are close too finished drilling, VERY CLOSE.

But when asked he has NO idea, as too whether Barrick sent core into the lab in batches or whether they have sent any too the lab as of yet.  He said they may be waiting for all of the cores too go into the lab together. Ya seems they are either withholding this information from Jeff, OR it might be Jeff is too possibily nice , and feels like he would be pressuring a company much so much bigger then us. You know do not wake up the BEAR.

So he is taking the quiet approach, and waiting for them too produce results or give him info on any updates.

I guess he knows best!  Just seems odd too me that he would not ask them more questions on progress etc. since it is still our land. But they are our only basically lifeline too any hope.

Pontoon results could be awhile as we all know the labs are backed up immensely.

I hate this waiting as much as anyone here.

Tar sands: l get hundreds of emails everyday and can not locate the one you sent!  Does your address contain tarsands or something else l can use to find it? Also, l can not believe that Jeff allowed Barrick to drill on our property without Precipitate participating in it and signing off on the core! How would they know if Barrick would not cheat them with the core? I never heard about such a

P.S. : in a joint ventures like that, core logging ought to be done by both parties! How do you know that the driller does not take highly mineralized core out of the sequence drilled? Naturally, we assume that Precipitate  did not exercise some supervision on the Barrick drilling! We ought to ask for an explanation from Presipitate on this matter or as a large shareholder even demand it!!!

The more l think about it, that Precipitate allegedly just has no idea about the drilling Barrick did so far, and had no access to all of this fieldwork and logging and splitting etc. the more l think that this would be a FIRST CLASS SCANDAL! The chances that another large orebody will be discovered under the litho cap are very good! We are talking about a possible MULTI BILLION DOLLAR DISCOVERY

There is no conflict of interest.  Barrick is required to disclose via 43-101 regs anything they find prior to any negotiations etc.  Barrick is paying for the drilling and is entitled to run it and everything they do is precisely logged.  If they find something they like and want to exercise their option, they are required by law to disclose what they have found or they will not
