I agree. I can't understand why this can never hold its gains. As soon as it goes up a few pennies, right back down it goes. Very frustrating to see this over and over.

Traders and the bots see the charts. In particular the one I am interested in is the quarterly candlestick chart. You can see it better over a two year time frame. 3 quarters ago the stock touched the upper bollinger band of the quarterly chart at 10 cents.
