PTK market cap today is same as it was in 2014 when stock hit 2.93 for 12 seconds.  So as of today PTK is trading at all time high is repect to market cap.  Not sure why all the glums.  Congrat to all long.

Hey they are all important,as is strong management & Research & Development.I watched the virtual meeting recently.The R& D is really important with their recent breakthoughs & they are hiring more staff to ramp up towards manufacturing & production sales 1st quarter 2022.SP is going up.

Yes but do not worry, better day ahead for POET as Golver stated many times over the last 15 years.  at this right POET will have 600M O/S, maybe that's why they need to do a RS? Not sure if the real reason is NASDAQ.  golver could please help us here understand why all this dilution and still no products on the market. 130M capital loss WOW
