There have been posts here about the Ciscos, Intels, etc. and how some armchair quarterbacks have posted to make it seem like might not be included with their CPO advancements. Those posts do not appear to reflect Poet's opportunities according to my understanding.

On February 23, 20121 Poet announced this -

It is amazing that posters who bash Poet seem to be in denial that Poet has a product.

At the moment, Poet offers two solutions-
1. Lightbar- an external lasers source
2. an Optical Engine with integrated DFB laser (flip chip)

Now who is out there advancing their CPO solutions? Would there be a role for Poet in those solutions? ewe sea.

Be honest with all the people, POET has never won anything in the past and will never win anything in the future. Why? Anything remotely positive seems to be a "pump" in your camp. You seem to deny this fact. Poet happens to be a public company that was an R & D company. hahah Golber pumper, are you able to read FS? i see a lot of red and lot of management salary and penny into R&D? How can you tell people that POET is good and develop/own products without allowing money into R&D? Please tell us. Lets see the Q1!
