Not overly surprising. Nasdaq by whatever, was going to include a fundraiser. So, getting ready for Nasdaq? Also if you believe you can be a billion dollar company on hardly any working capital, think again, not gonna happen. Raising $300M USD when the current marketcap is $378 USD would be quite an accomplishment to be sure. The offering price for a short form prosepctus is no less than 10% discount to the SP on the day before the news release about the prosepctus. SP is heading back down now, so I would expect a NR soon. Likely this week IMO.

First they will RS and then issue new share. Basically, actual shareholders are screw and the new shareholders after the RS and  300M, maybe they are going to make money.

Poet filed a $50 million USD 2 year shelf prospectus in November 2018 which went unused. Shelf prospectuses are for contingency planning.

Management sold shares at the same time, very odd. I have never seen a company where all the top management teams sold shares at the same time. All of them! Espacially after a rally like this one
