Yeah, sure there are cases a r/s worked. But we all know of plenty instances it did not work. Did you figure what the conditions are under which a r/s would work? There must be research done, would be interesting to know what tends to work and what not. Also Poet should be able to clarify this, or are they too shooting in the dark?

it's simple. Co.s with improving fundamentals are not hurt by rollbacks.

Well, we will not have to wait too long ( 3 months) to see who wins this one! Didn't ( couldn't care less actually) to check out your list of how many that did a reverse split combined it with a Nasdaq listing! To me that's a very important and determining factor! I think it will destroy POET but will it come back? Yes, but us old timers will not be much of it!
