Of course all the financings diluted Poet, so the R/S was necessary(Position of Strength?). But at least there is no financing with the uplisting. Yes, except there is further dilution of ownership with the Sanan J/V. If all turns out as planned this will be all water under the bridge. But it is good to continue to observe reality, if only for your own sanity.
