Institutional Investors
Its been stated a number of times that one of the reasons for the reverse split was to get the share price over $5 since institutional investors cannot buy below that level. I'm not entirely sure if that is true. If that is the case, does it mean that If the share price goes below $5 would that force any institutional investors to liquidate their position ? Just looking for honest answers and no flame throwers.

If all the institutional investors that joined Poet after Poet uplisted sell. You have to assume that would result in zero selling, as absulutely no institutional bought anything...

I tried to get an answer at Agora but was hit with a violation....seems one cannot even ask a simple question over there.
