Sanan isn't dumb enough to walk away without being compensated for their investment in the JV..So we don't know what the 24.8% ownership transfer to POEt is going to cost the Company

Owning 100% of SPX means its revenues will now be consolidated into Poet's. Zack's forecasts SPX revenue for 2025 and 2026 of $5M US and $25M US. Add that to Poet revenue of $5M and $40M.

Wake the hell up. The Malaysian capacity of 1 million OEs per year is sufficient to meet customer needs "through 2026", NOT in 2026.

Reread the NR. Poet is buying the equipment at the SPX facility instead of continuing to lease it. It is NOT being moved to Malaysia.
