$5.62 is the 200 day ave and formula $4.09 is the 50
so stinky bids are likely in the $4.00 to $4.50 range and the RSI is still way overbought even today at 67.10 and that needs to get back to at least the 50 mark before its safe to even consider nibbling at anything....
feel bad for the $7 guys that jumped on the train yesterday and now they are walking back home

I don't know too much about the stock market. Mostly, I just have a wee insignificant opinion. You can laugh at me all you want and it will not matter. lol. gilver

It's really best to train oneself to sell some shares on these dramatic spikes and to buy back those shares when the share price goes into free fall which inevitably happens. The pattern has repeated itself so many times with this stock. I prefer to trade within an RRSP or TFSA to avoid the 30 day rule that prevents some from taking advantage of these gyrations in share price.

I thought you " inherited " your shares? What applies to you? You have to use the ACB of the previous owner?

Actually Mr. Poetwhen the disposition occurs the date the estate is settled.which can be months/years later.

Capital gains/losses are taken care of within the estate at that time as the transfer of shares is not allowed and must be liquidated.

Deemed disposition on death taxed in terminal return. Change in value from deemed disposition on death and actual settlement is taxed in T3 trust return of the estate(or carried back to terminal if loss in value). Value at settlement becomes ACB of benificiary.

Because you brought it up. My original post talked about shares outside of this trust and the advantages of trading within an RRSP or TFSA.

I'm referring to the shares I purchased outside of the inheritance Mr. Beenthere but you are quite correct regarding those shares.

just wait a couple of days, without any price changes and your numbers will be upside down. now what? don't get fooled by the tech analysis numbers, they are just random numbers from random calculations.
