SPX was licensed to make and sell OEs up to 400g but that market is waning so value of SPX is not that great. When Poet owns 100% of SPX it can make any damn OE it wants.

Except reverse deal when Poet sold Denselight and kept some rights to buy or whatever. Esp when they close the deal it will be more than promises, its action, now. With this years deals, Poet must ...more

Not a bad estimate on price of optical engine..... if 800g Optical transceiver price is $2500. Cost to make 60% => $1500. Optical engine is 50% of cost => $750 ea.

All roads lead to Poet. So, this for sure is worth more than 10x book value. Billions and billions are just around the corner. Perhaps even this year. Its amazing.

Headling says "demand"  news states "projected needs" .  Good 'ole POET.  I imagine MMCAP padding their Xmas bonuses taday.

Sanan isn't dumb enough to walk away without being compensated for their investment in the JV..So we don't know what the 24.8%  ownership transfer to POEt is going to cost the Company ...more
