Except reverse deal when Poet sold Denselight and kept some rights to buy or whatever. Esp when they close the deal it will be more than promises, its action, now. With this years deals, Poet must ...more

Not a bad estimate on price of optical engine..... if 800g Optical transceiver price is $2500. Cost to make 60% => $1500. Optical engine is 50% of cost => $750 ea.

Headling says "demand"  news states "projected needs" .  Good 'ole POET.  I imagine MMCAP padding their Xmas bonuses taday.

Sanan isn't dumb enough to walk away without being compensated for their investment in the JV..So we don't know what the 24.8%  ownership transfer to POEt is going to cost the Company ...more

Owning 100% of SPX means its revenues will now be consolidated into Poet's. Zack's forecasts SPX revenue for 2025 and 2026 of $5M US and $25M US. Add that to Poet revenue of $5M and $40M.
