Wasn't There 5000 shares sold during the ATM at $5.28?

I recall seeing postings about that.

Since that time the share value has been retreating and then collapsed yesterday because of
unnerving uncertainty. This is unfortunate and not good communications and it needs to be addressed.

My point is that if someone or a fund, etc. ponied up $5.28 during the summer, then they must of had good reason to feel confident to do so. Therefore, somewhere between that timeframd and now, my guess would be that there is something in the works to establish a value and amount of shares that will be good for all parties involved in the alledged transaction(s) to come; especially, since the ATM was pulled. 

A lot of shares changed hands yesterday during a precipitous drop in share price. Panic
will cause retailers to sell in favour of whatttt?

We need answers so that we all can stop grasping at straws with theories (good or bad)
