What's next?
Quarterly results due this week. Why isn't the financing not closing? Do you do it before or after the results? Can management afford to wait another week or two at these levels and risk a further slide?
The only thing that is certain. The situation that POET finds itself in is entirely management's fault.

IMO, Co. released prelim results so investors would not delay participation. Mgmt were idiots to do a financing just before ER.

There actually is a difference between mismanagement and "negligence". Mismanagement is what led the company to under $2 and it's "negligence" that has kept it here. What little advantage they had during this fiasco, it would appear they were oblivious to it.

I think management needs to provide some kind of guidance along with the results. There's just too much uncertainty surrounding POET now. It can't be just funds raised and buisness as usual. I think they needs to have something concrete 4-6 months out. Anything further out, its either running out of cash again or its too speculative. Good luck

Now its a trap with little to no liquidity. Sadly, people should've taken some off the table with the volume of last week, instaed most probably sat on their hands relieved that the SP wasn't collapsing further. This inaction may turn out to be tragic if the SP starts tumbling again. Here's to tomorrow's result conainting some nuggets of certainty and hope.
