So, it would seem to me that we need $20mil. Min from the financing, as a best case scenario. @$1.5 USD plus 1 warrant, we're looking at 26 mil shares total. Ideally, a $30 mil raise is preferable. Difficult days ahead.

Quarterly loss of $5.1mil. Roll that out over 2024 and you're looking at $20mil minimum. What's disturbing is they expect growth not just in 2025 but he also mentions 2026. Meaning he's not sure. Unbelievable. The BOD seriously need to act or this is done

This now has a destiny with a dollar. It will either finance at that level and live to fight another day or die a slow death. My bet is it will find the money, but we're probably looking at doubling the share count when it's all said and done, including the warrants and options. And just like that we are right back where we started before the RS.

Fantasyland dreamers are about to find out what is meant by the word D I L U T I O N. There should be little wonder,as to why the SP has lost more than 60% of its value over the past two weeks.

Guys should take $0 until the company is on solid footing & are at a break easy. Where are new customers & let's see some big orders. SPX is skin in the game because they are doing the production for POET so perhaps they can in ject funds to improve POET'S Balance Sheet.I remember C.E.O'S take zero compensation until company is cash positive give that some thought.

If the company should ever get boxed into a corner, it would be a good gesture by management to do that if it ever becomes necessary to provide short term finanicial relief if the bridge between financings to revenue takes a little longer than planned. So that makes sense in such a situation, helpful1. Hopefully, it never comes down to that. gilver
