With more planning co. could have did a rights offering. Issue 1/4 right to each share outstanding exercisable for 30 days at $3.50 cdn per sh (no damn warrants). 40 million shs o/s = 10 million rights = $35 million cdn. Of course, this would create ZERO investment banker fees so was not even proposed.

lol..they're still on plan A. If that don't fly,Surresh still has Option B and C in his back pocket,,lol "Anyway, I would find it hard to believe that Poet has its future hanging on a precupice. They probably have a plan A, B, and maybe even a C all along and whatever it will be comes forth at the appropriate time for all of us to know."

If a 90% haircut is plan A then plan C would probably include a restart without the current shareholders. If this is plan A, we have entered the Twilight Zone.
