at some point, the sentiment turns from, wow the financing is being done at a low price to geez what's happening, can they close or what? We prefer not to close at these levels, to give me whatever you have.

They cannot close with the Tier1's, the modulemakers or the financiers...but the gadgets are worldclass....yippie.

I second that motion..most of the current BOD members are useless.In fact they are supposed to be responsible for providing guud guidence and governace and to represent the best interest of the Shareholders.Yeah! REALLY!!
