Everyone knows they have just enough money to last a month.  They had so many opportunities to raise money before this.  I think back about how so many warrants expired worthless because they made no attempt to get the shares above $5.  The misfiling of this offering caused a delay that has pushed the share price to new 16 year lows.  Was this done on purpose.  Why wasn't it corrected earlier. ?   And why is Mika still involved in "positive talks".  He is incompetent and needs to be replaced.  The sharks are now in control.

I voted against Tom Mika the last two years.  He was reinstated with a 70% vote of confidence.  Shareholders need to take some of the share in this debacle for having faith in this guy's ability to raise money.

AWh! Mr FB... It's all speculation,So is the fact that POET is on the Verge of Insolvency. this morning little blurb of a NR, will do nothing to restore confidence from SH and In vestors..Sounds that they are still in limbo with the Financing.if there was positive progress they could have said that a "New Prospectus has been filed and that they are awaiting Sec Approval any time NOW."
