Minimal dilution with an even smaller financing.

Saved Jan 1st.

So, the plan is to come with good news to restore the share price and raise money? What comes first the chicken or the egg?

If there was news or a financing, Nov 1st would have been a good time to announce. Did not happen. What has changed since then?

The share price is holding at the warrants level, that is the only good news. What does the share price know?
