It wasn't hard to figure out when the spot price was trading well above the pp price with the attached warrant.  Everyone here had an opportunity to get in on the private placement.  One didn't have to be an accredited investor.

There is a 4 month hold period on the Canadian  PP..Maxim is the one laughing all the way to the bank,with No hold period,they can start dumping at will and still retain the warrant which is also now  in the money.

The muttbroe and clonetrader939 were pining for 50 cents and Poet bankruptcy seemingly as part of their extremism to propogate fear and doubt to trade and to this day with Poet now approaching $5, their songs of disaster and Poet put downs remain the same. They claim to own shares  so they bash their own investments. That is totally illogical and weird! What is weirder is that they must do it
